FAQ

  • Due to the low impact but high intensity nature of barre, this type of training is accessible to any fitness level and experience, including recovery from injury! The benefits of barre go beyond the physical as our trainers truly incorporate working on the mindset during the classes and by providing a safe and open space for your fitness journey - wherever you may be on it. Our wonderful trainers who are 100% Team You, will guide and support you to bring you the most benefit from barre. As an added benefit, we have grown a wonderful community, and it’s always nicer to move one’s body with great people around!

    In short: you should do barre because it’s great for the body, great for the mind and you’ll have great support from professional trainers as well as an awesome community to share space with!

  • Start with our BarreSIGNATURE class. It's our most popular class and it’s perfect for newcomers. Read more about the different types of barre classes we offer here.

  • We would recommend wearing comfortable but form-fitting clothes. Leggings or shorts with a workout top or a t-shirt are the best choices. Barre workouts are done without shoes on. Socks are a good option, but you can also be barefoot if you prefer. We also recommend bringing a towel and some water to stay hydrated. We provide all the equipment and mats used in class, so no need to bring your own.
